Copy

The Copy action enables generating a new file, based on the current file, of identical content, e.g. for creating a new job posting which in terms of essential settings and data matches the job posting used as a base and which only requires slight adjustments.

After selecting the action a query appears that allows setting whether documents that the root file may contain, such as job applications for a job posting, will also be copied.

  • Include documents
    The default setting No causes all data to be transferred to the new file, except for the document tab contents. Yes copies the complete file.

Confirm this query to enable the copy process. Following this, the file copy opens in edit mode and you can modify it according to your requirements, and finally save it.
