Change Org. Structure
The Change org. structure function allows assigning the current job posting or job application, as well as the personnel file of an employee within an organization to any other division or department, e.g. in case responsibilities and tasks have changed.
When using a leading master data store, e.g. of an EASY HR payroll system, from which synchronizing employee master data is performed in HR, you have to make such structural changes in the leading system.
The Change org. structure function opens the following dialog.

Org. structure
The individual organizational units (holding/company/division/department) are listed in the selection list. The list only displays those units for which write permissions are available.
Make the desired new assignment by selecting an entry.
