The navigation pane's toolbar facilitates quick access to important general commands. In this context, the following functions are available:

Collapse/expand navigation pane
By clicking this button the navigation pane is hidden and the workspace is therefore expanded over the entire screen. The Global Functions and the outbars are then arranged vertically on the left edge of the screen.

You return to the original view by clicking this button.

Navigate to Favorites
This function shows the Favorites folder in the workspace. Alternatively, it can also be accessed via the folder tree.

Navigate to receipt
This function shows the Receipt folder in the workspace. Alternatively, it can also be accessed via the folder tree.

Advanced search
Search supports you with targeted search for personnel files, company files, etc. The content is searched for filtering criteria and only matching results are listed.

Logout user
This function is used to terminate the current session and will take you back to the login page.

Scan (optional)
If a local scanner is installed on your workstation and set up within the solution, an additional function button named Scan will appear. When using it, a default dialog for document capturing which depends on the scanner used is started.
