EASY for Dynamics 365 Business Central extends Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with functions for document management (DMS) and archiving. The solution is used to capture, archive and display all incoming and outgoing content that map Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central business processes. Using drag and drop, scanned documents, files, e-mails, and other digital information media in the pages relevant to business operations such as Vendors, Customers, Items, Attachments, Orders, and Projects can also be added to records. This is performed directly in the traditional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central client, so users are always working in their traditional environment.

In addition, EASY for Dynamics 365 Business Central also provides connectors to the Microsoft SharePoint Server in the popular 2010 and 2013 versions. This ensures that business processes become efficient and transparent even in a SharePoint environment across system boundaries.
