This page is a copy of the default page Find entries, which has been extended with the Find barcode and Find document actions. The Find entry function searches the entire ERP system for all entries and posted documents that match the entered search criterion.

The search criterion for the Find barcode action is the barcode for which Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is searched.

For the Find document action, a document number and, optionally, a posting date are specified.

When you click the Search action, the "Find entry" search will be executed. The result you get is a list of entries and posted documents that match your search criteria.

The individual records can be accessed in the Number of entries field via the Assist-Edit button.
