Subsequently Archive Documents
Used to generate subsequent archiving jobs in the queue.
This report processes all document definitions at a time. Using the Table ID stored in the document definition, it searches for the corresponding table in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, filtering it to the stored "document type". Following this, it checks for all records that were found whether either a document entry or an entry in the queue or in the On Hold Journal exists. All records that do not match any of the criteria will then be put in the queue for archiving.
