Introduction

EASY for Dynamics 365 Business Central, hereinafter shortened to EASY for Dynamics 365 BC, is the perfect companion to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for connecting the leading enterprise content management (ECM) systems EASY Archive and Microsoft SharePoint.

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) includes the methods, technologies, and tools for acquiring, administering, storing, and providing content and documents in order to support organizational processes within an organization. Internal and external documents of all types are stored in different locations, and are available for display in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at any time.

A storage location for documents corresponds to either a pool of an EASY Archive server, a Microsoft SharePoint library including various content types, or a file directory on the network.

EASY Archive allows revision-proof archiving of documents.
