Set search options

You use the search options to define the maximum number of displayed hits after a search in the EASY for Exchange archive.

If the hit result set is larger than specified here, a message will be output prior to importing more hits.

Specify the value to which to limit the number of hits to be loaded in this field.

Show (...) hit list folder
By enabling this option, the preview is turned on (View menu, Reading pane) for the folder in which the found objects are listed (Search folder, EASY for Exchange).

Delete search folder when closing Outlook
When this option is enabled, Outlook will automatically delete the search folder listing found objects (Search folders, EASY for Exchange). This option is used when the folder cannot be automatically deleted by the Search function.
