EASY Invoice-Connector for Dynamics 365 Business Central, below abbreviated to EASY Invoice Connector, is an add-on for the DMS solution EASY for Dynamics 365 Business Central. It links a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system to an EASY Invoice installation. The solution serves to exchange process-related master data between the two systems, as well as transmitting {415}purchase invoices and credit memos . In addition, the familiar DMS functions such as drag and drop and the EMC Factbox are available in the entire Purchase module .

EASY Invoice Connector executes the following activities:

  1. Provision master data via Web services for the EASY Invoice shadow database

  2. Incorporate scanned and approved documents from the workflow to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  3. Process workflow documents according to the internal default business logic in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (document creation and, if necessary, posting)

  4. Report back progress or error messages to EASY Documents workflow
