Signature Rules
-
Users can only create drawing circles and rules when a suitable license (signature circle release) has been imported → License management.
-
The "INVOICE-SRS-RELEASE-Workflow-1" workflow has been selected in the "Release workflow to be started" field in the settings for the billing circles. → Global settings.
-
Users can only create as many release levels as they have purchased with the license.
Changes to the release levels and the routing definitions have a direct influence on all operations of the drawing area release type in the workflow.
Notes
-
The name of the default signature rule cannot be changed.
-
The default signature rule cannot be changed.
-
Only as many share levels are visible as are licensed.
-
After downgrading the license, users may need to delete levels when saving.

Fields
Field |
Explanation |
Invoice circle |
Invoice circle name = Signature rule name = Drawing circle name |
Global dual control principle |
If the checkbox is activated, a global four-eyes principle across levels is necessary. |
Dynamic routing |
Release without specifying routing definitions. |
Release levels
Field |
Explanation |
Nr |
sequence number (internal) |
Release levels |
Maximum number of levels, which are passed through for the release |
Amount |
Maximum release amount on the level |
Four-eyes principle |
Four-eyes principle on current level must be fulfilled. A four-eyes release on level does NOT fulfill the global four-eyes check. It counts only as one release. |
Flat-rate release |
Up to this value, a user does not need to explicitly release at this level. |
Example:
The system searches for the users for the defined release levels in the corresponding drawing areas.
Routing groups
Field |
Explanation |
Routing group level 6 |
Groups which are allowed to release on level 6 |
... |
... |
Routing group level 2 |
Groups which are allowed to release on level 2 |
Routing group level 1 |
Groups which are allowed to share on level 1. It is the last possible sharing level |
The display of available groups depends on the purchased license and the sharing levels created in the sharing groups
Example:
The amounts and release limits of the individual routing groups have been defined in the corresponding release levels above.
-
Routing group level 1 receives its data from L1 release level
-
Routing group level 2 receives its data from L2 release level
-
...
-
Routing group level 6 receives its data from L6 release level
The release levels assigned above define the entry point of the routing groups. This means: With e.g. 3 release levels the workflow starts with the defined groups from routing group 3.
