With these configuration files, so-called posting templates can be created; these posting templates can then be used via an action button in the line item data to enrich existing lines with data from the template. When creating posting templates, in addition to assignments to the accounting area and the selection of the vendor, distributions (percentage or absolute) as well as account assignments and default settings for posting texts can be set.
