Requirements

Users can only generate signature circles and rules if a suitable license (signature circle release) is stored → License management.
The workflow "INVOICE-SRS-RELEASE-Workflow-1" can be selected in the settings for the billing cycles in the field "Release workflow to be started". → Global settings.

Definition

Visible are - depending on the acquired license - at least two layers/signature circles.
Users who have already approved on one level are not allowed to approve on other levels (dual control principle).

Note

A signature circle assigns users to the individual levels.

Each level must contain users from the groups that are authorized to release for the respective level.

If users are missing, the workflow indicates this.

The number of users per group in the corresponding level depends on the configuration of the signature rule (four-eyes approval per level/two-eyes approval in the level).

Notes

Users can customize the name of the layers in the locale files.
Only as many share layers are visible as are licensed.
