To use EASY Invoice Smart with the release scenario via release levels, the workflow INVOICE-SRS-RELEASE-Workflow-1 must be stored as a workflow to be started in the invoice receipt settings.
If users start the workflow without a license for the release scenario, the system automatically activates the INVOICE-RELEASE-Workflow-1 known from EASY Invoice.

Attention: It is currently not possible to modify the EASY Invoice Smart Workflow.
To use their own scenario, users must remove all drawing circles and use the standard workflow INVOICE-RELEASE-Workflow-1.
Drawing circles are then not available.
