EASY Invoice Smart Cloud. Transparency Instead of "whispers down the lane"

EASY Invoice Smart Cloud is the efficient solution for digital invoice processing. Incoming invoices are recorded in a secure and transparent process and invoice information is extracted reliably. The bill then goes through review and approval workflow. As a responsible manager, you obtain, at all times, an overview of your account transactions. EASY Invoice Smart Cloud is harmoniously integrated into an existing IT environment and grows with the company.

With EASY Invoice Smart Cloud you simplify your incoming invoice process. All incoming invoices are imported by the system. With high precision, the data can be read and verified by comparison with existing information from other sources for accuracy and plausibility. The data validated in this way are then transferred to the review and approval workflow. Clerks, cost center managers and accountants get their operations delivered automatically and can fully concentrate on their own tasks in the processing chain.

In the next step, the checked and approved invoices are made available for posting in a CSV file. Digitized documents are thus --both during the review and approval process-- available to all authorized users as well as at a later date. This access can take place both from the solution itself as well as seamlessly from a connected ERP system.
