Whether contracts, NDAs, holiday or purchasing applications: With the EASY eSignature signature solution, documents requiring written form can be digitally signed with legal validity. Two different signature levels - the advanced (FES/AES) and the qualified electronic signature (QES) - allow you to apply signatures that precisely match the respective legal and regulatory requirements. Documents can be processed in PDF, Word or Excel format, for example.

EASY eSignature was developed in Germany by FP Digital Business Solutions GmbH. The EASY eSignature software is eIDAS-compliant and uses data centres in Germany, certified by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). EASY eSignature cooperates with Bundesdruckerei and Swisscom as trust service providers for qualified signatures.
