System Requirements

The following components are the prerequisite to archiving documents in an EASY Archive using EASY for Dynamics 365 FO:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

  • EASY for Dynamics 365 FO

  • EASY Archive system

    • The use of the Web services requires additional "EBIS end user" licenses.

In addition, programs for displaying all document types used should be installed on the client host, e.g. for PDF-, JPG, and TIF files PDF-, JPG and TIF files.

Supported EASY Archive systems

EASY for Dynamics 365 FO supports the following EASY archive installations

  • EASY Archive 7

  • EASY ENTERPRISE.x version 6.2.x or higher
    For performance reasons, upgrading to the most recent version is recommended.
