Reports that are not to be automatically archived in the ECM system can be defined in the report exclusion list. The following fields control which reports are excluded under which conditions:
Feldname
Beschreibung
Report ID
The report id, which should be excluded from archiving.
Report Name
The name of the report.
Purpose of use
The purpose of use, on which the report should be excluded from archiving.
Report to ECM Queue
The "Report To ECM Queue", on which the report should be excluded from archiving.
