The search term "ECM Document Journal Templates" allows you to store the pages that the system will use as the On Hold Journal template:
By default, EASY for Dynamics 365 BC comes with the page IDs shown above. If these do not match your requirements, individually programmed pages can be provided for use.
The following table provides an overview of the individual fields and their meaning:

Name
This field contains the name of the journal template.
Description
This field contains a detailed description of the template.
Type
Describes the type of journal template. The following options are available: On Hold, General, Transfer
Number series
You can store a number series here.
Posting no. series
You can store a posting number series here.
Source code
For each journal template, you can store a source code here.
Reason code
For each journal template, you can store a reason code here.
Page ID
In this field you enter the ID of the respective journal template.
Page Name
This field displays the name of the page specified in the previous field.
