You can define the document view in the FactBoxes.

By default, the buffered FactBox is filtered as:

  1. Process No. (Document No.)

  2. Process No.2

  3. Account No.

  4. Contact No.

  5. Document No. Posting Date

  6. Job No.

If for a table one of the fields is defined in the object ref. matrix, then the document entries will be filtered by it. If the field is not defined, the next option is used.

With a custom entry in the page “Document Entry Primary Filter” you can change this behavior. For example, purchase invoices can be filtered by Document No. and Posting Date, instead of Process No.

  1. " " (empty): Default filter depending on the existing field: Process No., Process No. 2, Account No., Contact No., Document No. + Posting Date, Project No.

  2. Process No. (Document No....): The search is first performed for the transaction number, followed by the document number.

  3. Successor: Displays all documents from successor processes

Start Filter

Here, you can specify a filter to search for ECM documents. This filter cannot be removed by the user in the info box.

The start filter, however, is set before the document items are "collected" and may therefore speed up the collection of information for the info box. This start filter cannot be deleted.

Condition

A filter can be defined here to search for ECM documents. This filter can be removed by the user in the info box.

For example, by default, all documents from this customer (quotes, orders, invoices, etc.) are displayed. However, if, for example, only those documents that were assigned to the customer directly via drag & drop and no others are desired, the info box must be additionally filtered with a condition. In this case, the condition is: (where(field7=1(18)).

This filter can be set for each user and/or page and deleted by the user if necessary.

ECM FactBox User Interface

This field defines how the info box is displayed:

  1. Drag & Drop and Records

  2. Drag & Drop Only

  3. Records Only

  4. Without Drag & Drop and Records: Nothing is displayed
